This is no ordinary butter. To make cultured butter, the cream is first cultured for 24 hours with gut loving bacteria which also breaks down all of the lactose in the cream. The fermented cream is then whipped into butter. We do European style with no added salt.

Recent studies have discovered health benefits of fermented fats to help improve good cholesterol levels. It is also delicious!
