A tangy, salty and creamy Greek feta. A great cheese to crumble over a salad or in a spinach pie. Shy Cow follows the traditional artisanal making process which requires a few days dry salting followed by fermentation in brine. Which makes it not only taste delicious but also incredibly healthy and high in probiotics.
